Sint-Andries & Fashion District

A walk through a working-class neighborhood full of cozy squares, vintage shops, antique stores and colorful street art

Our guide will lead you through alleys, squares, and streets with a rich history. Did you know that the Sint-Andries district was once called the “parish of misery”? Today, it’s a buzzing area full of life, featuring vintage shops, street art, and highlights like the Sint-Andries Church. Fun fact: Rubens’ children were baptized in this very church!

We’ll wander along Kloosterstraat, a hotspot for antiques and curiosities, and continue into the Fashion District. Of course, we’ll also visit the Vrijdagmarkt and see the world-famous Plantin-Moretus Museum.
